Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At The Golden Tales, we want your Sunday School curriculum and biblical books to inspire joy. If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase, items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase with the shipment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from being returned due to their digital nature. This includes digital guides, printable curriculum sets, and eBooks that have been downloaded or accessed. Sales items and gift cards are also non-refundable. We encourage you to review our product samples before completing a digital purchase.
3. Refund Procedures
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

What if my book arrived damaged? If your order arrived damaged, please send a photo to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item? We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first.
